启航 / Launch
2018年3月投资100万在深圳宝安福永怀德成立公司，开始自主运营美国海外仓一件代发，装柜拼贴头程，尾程等业务。
In March 2018, invested 1 million RMB to establish a company in Shenzhen Bao'an Fuyong, started independent operation of US overseas warehouse dropshipping, container consolidation, first-leg and last-mile services.
2020
创新 / Innovation
两年时间拥有近11万尺独立自营仓库，同时我们还拥有库内专业操作团队及国内资深客服团队。
Within two years, owned nearly 110,000 sq ft of independent warehouses, with a professional in-warehouse team and experienced domestic customer service team.
2021
开拓 / Expansion
2021年在美国成立DrayEasy卡车公司，承接全美本土卡车派送业务后升级了领星ERP系统，实时对接平台，系统自动推单。
In 2021, established DrayEasy Trucking in the US, undertook nationwide trucking, upgraded ERP system for real-time platform integration and automatic order dispatch.
2023
发展 / Development
经过前期的充分准备和积累，宇恒云仓迎来了重要的发展里程碑——成立头程运输板块，独立收货。
After thorough preparation and accumulation, Yuheng Cloud Warehouse reached a major milestone in 2023: established the first-leg transportation sector and independent receiving.
2025
壮大 / Growth
宇恒云仓将头程运输板块独立运营成立子公司宇恒环球物流，同时在广州和义乌成立分公司，组成宇恒环球集团打连理柜箱与自主装柜，并且成立了美国本土清关行，实现多元化发展。
Yuheng Cloud Warehouse will spin off the first-leg transportation sector as Yuheng Global Logistics, set up branches in Guangzhou and Yiwu, form Yuheng Global Group for container consolidation and self-loading, and establish a US customs brokerage for diversified development.
